Everyone is inherently psychic - and this is most evident in small children who talk about seeing ‘invisible’ friends and angels, and who know and speak of things they couldn’t possibly know … for example, when loved ones have been in an accident etc.
In families and societies where psychic visions are discouraged, children shut down or off their spiritual sight.
Psychics generally have one or two channels in which they are naturally gifted.
* Receiving psychic impressions as pictures is ‘clairvoyance’ or ‘clear-seeing’. Clairvoyance is the ability to see both places and people far off, especially in other dimensions.
* ‘Clairsentience’ or ‘clear-feeling’ is when psychic messages come in the form of hunches, emotions, smells or physical sensations. Clairsentience is sensing what is not accessible by normal channels.
* Psychic impressions such as sounds, noises and voices is known as ‘clairaudience’ or ‘clear-hearing’. Clairaudience is the ability to hear what is not physically present.
* Receiving psychic information as complete ideas is known as ‘claircognizance’ or ‘clear-thinking’.
* Mind to mind communication is known as ‘telepathy’.
* ‘Psychometry’ is the ability to gain information by touch.
The more you accept psychic abilities as a natural part of life, the more frequently they occur.
Some ways to amplify your psychic abilities include keeping a diary of each day’s ‘coincidences’. The best way is to TRUST your psychic impressions without question. This will increase your knowing that you are guided by your higher-self and your spirit guides and angels.
There are two main ways to access psychic information. One is by simply asking a question, and another is by deciding to allow the information to flow spontaneously into your awareness.
We are all able to get answers and information simply by asking. Your experience follows your intentions, We simply need to ask for guidance and then follow it.
Before asking a question, allow your mind to become as blank and relaxed as possible. Ask your question when you feel ready. You will receive your answer in your mind or body as a picture, a feeling, a knowingness and often via audible words.
The most reliable advice we can ever receive comes from our own intuition and ‘gut feelings’.
There are big differences between the true inner-guide - your intuition and the voice of your ‘ego’. Intuitive, inner-guide instructions are positive and loving, whereas ego’s advice is based in fear.
If you don’t heed your inner-voice then it will patiently repeat the advice over and over until you are ready to hear it.
A most excellent way to activate your psychic abilities is to PRACTICE with faith and trust.

Understanding the messages from beyond depends upon the depth of our own perception and spiritual evolution. We get messages every minute of our lives, even during insignificant events. So how do we establish communication between ourselves and our messages? How do we make the connection? We tend to ‘shoot the messenger’ by ignoring the messages - instead we should listen to them and take heed. The messages can change your life. Too often we fail to notice the synchronicity in our own lives, or read the signs as we pass them on the road of life. We walk around oblivious, asleep, and then live our lives in a confused state wondering ‘why is this happening to me?, or ‘why isn’t this happening for me?’ Why are some people more in tune with the messengers, and others not? It isn’t just a ‘gift’, it is a matter of paying attention, or being awake, of not being afraid of what we might hear. Some people call it intuition or ‘gut instinct’ and it is that - but it is also much, much more. Ask for Guidance - then Read the Signs Often is its just a case of asking for guidance and then waiting for signs to appear. Sometimes when we focus too hard on a problem or try to figure it out, we don’t find the answer. Ask your spirit a specific question, then leave it alone and wait for a message. Have you ever awakened in the middle of the night with a seemingly sudden answer to a problem. Or you are walking down the street running errands, and the answer will simply come into your mind. That is a message. Often when you empty your mind and your emotions and ego are calm, you are more open to hearing what you need to hear. What you may view as a ‘coincidence’ is really a message. Pay attention and ask yourself, “What is the message; what is this coincidence trying to tell me?” The same goes for spontaneous thoughts that seem to ‘come out of the blue.’ Sometimes a certain thought will pop into your head and shed light on a situation, or it will be a small voice telling you what you are about to do isn’t right. MEDIUMSHIP Mediums work by creating a connection with the spiritual world, and usually it is up to the spirit, not the medium, as to whether they want to communicate. Sometimes the spirit that comes through is not who you thought you wanted to talk to, but they are there to share a message nonetheless. The medium goes into a state of self-hypnosis and regulated breathing that creates an altered state of consciousness through which the spirit speaks. Usually (but certainly not always) the medium remembers what was said through them. Mediums work in different ways using techniques such as: mental vision; automatism (automatic writing), psychometry; clairaudience; clairvoyance and others. ** HOW WRITTEN READINGS WORK How can I do a I can answer really simply by just saying that I don't need to know you or ever speak to you because spirit (whoever passes on the messages to me) knows you. Mediums work in different ways using techniques such as: mental vision; automatism (automatic writing), psychometry; clairaudience; clairvoyance, clairsentience and many others studied and learned methods. The method I use can be described as a combination of all techniques, but predominantly 'Automatic writing'. Automatic writing is writing (or typing) that involves the intuitive mind taking over from the rational mind, to access and record information. This is also known as a form of 'channeling', whereby information is received psychically. And this is how it works for me: I am given your name and date of birth. I then ask spirit for any information you may need to know at this time and if you have questions, I ask to be provided with the answers on your behalf. When the messages start coming, I start writing/typing. The majority of the time the messages are hand-written as the messages are coming through, then typed up later. In theory, because you have requested a reading, your request is heard by your spirit guides. Spirit KNOWS that you are open and enquiring, therefore it is an indication to them that you are ready. Messages pertaining to you are then gathered and if anyone is able to come through for you, they will at this time. I am merely the messenger. I just write or type the messages.
