Hello all: This is from Seattle Washington in the US. We are midpoint in our spring and it seems that summer will never get here. We have had such wet and cold weathere that I am longing for a couple of 78 to 80F days. And since we are coming into our summer I realized that you are coming into your winter. I know very little about the climate in the southern hemisphere so I would very much enjoy one of you lovely people telling me about it and how you ready yourselves for it. Do you put up wood for fires? Do you put in storm windows? Do you ever get snow other than in the mountains, and if so how much. You see I am truly quite clueless, other than I do enjoy YellowTail wine. Now I know that sounds silly, but it is just about all I am confident enough to say about my knowledge. Oh and I know that opals come from CooberPeedy? (sp). So anyone who would like to teach me about your side of the world would be a great blessing to me. | |
