I meditate long distance with a friend each week , this week I sat pen and paper at the ready to journal what I received...... I was told to lie down 4 a healing,I could feel my body (beneath my skin) moving almost like a popping sensation. I saw a giant 7 and heard the word omnipresent. I have no idea what it means, can you shed any light?????
